1.客户企业高层关系搭建和维护,开展销售工作,完成销售目标;2.车型项目机会信息收集,争取和客户核心部门交流拜访的机会,主导或协同公司各团队进行公司产品技术推介;3.面向行业内大客户Stellantis开展智能座舱产品方向销售工作,协调公司内部资源完成商机转化、投标及项目合同签署工作;4.根据客户需求、产品状态、竞争情况以及行业发展方向等,持续优化销售策略和商务模式;5.主导或协同 RFI/RFQ获取和推进,参与制定报价策略,控制报价节奏,最终获取项目;任职要求:1.Base法国和意大利,5年以上相关销售经验,在智能座舱行业有成功的产品销售或解决方案销售经验优先;2.在整车厂深耕多年了解内部客户资源与销售渠道,对Stellantis集团流程十分精通;3.具备较强的客户开发、商务谈判能力;
Build and maintain relationships with senior management of client enterprises, carry out sales work, and achieve sales targets.
Collect information on vehicle model project opportunities, strive for opportunities to communicate and visit with core departments of clients, and lead or collaborate with various company teams to promote the company's product technologies.
Conduct sales of intelligent cockpit products to major industry clients such as Stellantis, coordinate internal company resources to complete the transformation of business opportunities, bidding, and the signing of project contracts.
Continuously optimize sales strategies and business models based on customer requirements, product status, competition, and industry development trends.
Lead or collaborate in obtaining and advancing RFIs/RFQs, participate in formulating quotation strategies, control the quotation rhythm, and ultimately secure projects.
Job Requirements:
Based in France and Italy, with over 5 years of relevant sales experience. Preference will be given to candidates with successful product sales or solution sales experience in the intelligent cockpit industry.
Having worked in vehicle manufacturing plants for many years, understanding internal customer resources and sales channels, and being proficient in the processes of the Stellantis Group.
Possessing strong customer development and negotiation skills.
