Summary:
As we work to expand our product line and brand identity in the footwear market, our company needs the professional services of a Head of Marketing to manage our marketing operations including new product development and developing our marketing plans and strategies.
The Head of Marketing will monitor product performance and adjust our marketing strategies and approaches as needed to ensure that we are addressing current market trends and demand.
The hired individual will be responsible for the following duties:
· Formulate, plan, and direct marketing policies and programs including identifying new markets, new customers, and demand for products.
· Prepare and monitor financial aspects of our marketing efforts, including budget on a quarterly and annual basis, to ensure we allocate funds wisely.
· Develop, evaluate, and optimize marketing and pricing strategies to maximize our profits and share of the market while ensuring our customers are satisfied.
· Develop, evaluate, and optimize our key content marketing platform, especially TikTok Platform and Meta (Ins) Platform, to maximize our impact in social media side and attract potential fans and customers.
· Coordinate marketing strategies and activities with our sales, finance, and production staff.· Monitor and analyze market trends to identify the need for new products and consult with product development personnel on product specifications.
· Coordinate branding, marketing, and promotional campaigns including the development of marketing materials (website banners, social media, brochures, and case studies).
· Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, major industry-related events, or trade shows to market our brand and work with advertisers or production managers.
· Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.
· Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
Minimum Requirements:
· Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
· 3 years' work experience managing and developing a company’s product development and market operations.
· Has Profound Working experience in a North American DTC Branding Company before, prefer footwear industry.
. Has some agencies resources in terms of PR company, Paid Media Agencies and incliners agencies.

- 最低要求:

拥有一些公关公司、付费媒体机构和网红机构等方面的资源。
