岗位职责:
1.对所负责区域的销售收入目标负责;
2.制定本土营销方案并落地执行到位;
3.重点渠道和代理商的建设,确保达成2025年渠道和代理商布局目标;
4.向团队负责人汇报,并进行日常沟通汇报,保证及时发现和解决问题,确保业务顺利进行。

Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales revenue targets by developing and managing key accounts and agents within the Thailand.
2. Build strong relationships through customer maintenance and research, while actively visiting and engaging with new potential clients.
3. Provide technical support and product knowledge training to customers to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
4. Regularly attend domestic and international industry exhibitions and related events to present the company products and get the identify potential customers.
Skills and Requirements:
1. Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of cold chain solutions, with a preference for candidates experienced in sectors such as data loggers, pharmaceuticals, and cold chain logistics.
2. Experience with Sensitech, Emerson, Deltatrak and Frigga is highly valued.
3. At least 2 years of proven success in a sales role, showcasing independent business negotiation skills and a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
4. Language Proficiency: English fluency is essential; additional language skills are a plus.5. Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) and search engines for customer acquisition and market research.
