岗位职责：

1、负责平台广告业务的海外合作伙伴关系开拓、合作管理，对接客户的日常合作服务，完成业绩指标；

2、独立整理分析销售线索，进而独立拓展海外客户资源；针对KA客户，进行定期拜访和客情维护，挖掘更多合作机会，不断提高客户在平台广告的预算和消耗；

3、保持市场敏锐度，将市场信息、客户需求反馈给内部，推动商业化合作政策或商业化产品的更新迭代；

4、负责对接客户的回款管理和监控。

岗位要求：

1、有3年以上移动互联网渠道销售或者直客销售等经验；有海外互联网，尤其熟悉东南亚市场的经验更优；

2、有海外广告主资源，英文好；

3、熟悉移动行业现状，对移动互联网海外发展趋势有敏锐的洞察力、创新意识及良好分析判断能力，有很高的商业敏感度；

4、善于和乐于沟通，有良好的条理性和清晰的思维能力，以及一定的团队协作精神。

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development and management of overseas partner relationships for platform advertising business, daily cooperation services with customers, and achievement of performance targets;2. Independently organize and analyze sales leads, and then independently expand overseas customer resources; for KA customers, conduct regular visits and customer relationship maintenance, explore more cooperation opportunities, and continuously increase customers budget and consumption in platform advertising;3. Maintain market acumen, feedback market information and customer needs internally, and promote the update and iteration of monetization cooperation policies or monetization products;4. Responsible for the management and monitoring of the customers receipt.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience managing mobile digital advertising industry sales or direct customer sales; experience in overseas Internet, especially familiarity with the Southeast Asian ( Vietnam/Thailand/Philippines ) market is preferred. • Strong network of direct advertisers &agencies, contacts from the digital marketing space - must• Analytical ability to manage complex pricing, performance and incrementality considerations• (Must) Excellent verbal and written English skills, able to present complex data clearly and professionally• Have ability to create strategic relationship with key players in the industry. • Highly committed and results oriented. • Familiar with the current situation of the mobile industry, have keen insight, innovation awareness and good analytical and judgment ability for the overseas development trend of mobile Internet, and have high business sensitivity;• Good at and willing to communicate, have good organization and clear thinking ability, and a certain team spirit.
