Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the company's overseas sales strategic planning, set sales targets and plans, and drive sales performance growth.
- Develop and maintain the wireless communication market in Europe (or other regions), explore new customers, and expand market share.
- Establish and maintain high-level relationships with telecommunication operators and equipment vendors, fostering long-term cooperation between the company and clients.
- Participate in critical sales negotiations, representing the company in business communications with clients.
- Contribute to the construction and management of the sales team, enhancing the team's overall sales capabilities and performance.
- Keep abreast of market trends and customer demands for products such as base station antennas, RF cables, leaky cables, etc., providing support for the company's product development and market promotion.
- Analyze and evaluate market risks, formulate countermeasures, and ensure the stable development of the company's sales business.
- Regularly report sales performance and market dynamics to superiors, providing a basis for company decision-making.
