Responsibilities:1.Responsible for international market penetration and development of regional market, explore for new customers, and consultants’ resources;2.Responsible for customers management, distribution channel, customer satisfaction survey, and to penetrate more distribution channel;3.Involve in promoting and selling of TICA’s product and shall not limit to AHU, Chillers, VRF and others product range in TICA Group;4.Formulate and implement strategic plan according to Company’s strategy, and to achieve sales target as required;5.Risk measurement for all sales order and to ensure smooth payment from customers;6. Involve in exhibition activities as required, organize product training to customers and distributors;7. Collection of sales data and analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.Qualifications:1. Bachelor degree or above;2. 3 years plus HVAC related sales experience;3. Based in Philippines/Mexico/Peru/Colombia/Brazil/Turkey/Ukraine;4. Local people is needed.
