工作职责:
1. 完成公司设定的销售及利润关键绩效指标(KPIs)
2. 负责开发并监管客户项目,开展销售工作,同时监督同事去拓展、建立、完善客户群体,并维护相关客户关系
3. 根据客户需求准备定制化方案以及业务文档
4. 全面监管团队销售业务的各个方面;依照公司的销售管理制度和流程完成销售合同
5. 审核销售报告,确保合同按时履行,推动合同应收款项的回收,监管客户服务及其他相关事务,并与内部采购团队紧密合作
任职资格:
1. 至少具备 3 - 5 年销售经验,拥有良好的理性思维能力,熟悉基本业务能力
2. 有礼品及衍生产品的销售经验,熟悉礼品行业术语
3. 具备客户资源的候选人将优先考虑
4. 性格良好、形象佳,沉着且聪慧的候选人将优先考虑
5. 了解互联网和科技行业礼品服务相关知识的候选人将优先考虑
6. 具备制定提案并阐述其背后理由的能力
7. 精通英语或中文
Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:
1.Complete the sales and profit KPIs set by the company.
2.Responsible for developing and overseeing client projects, conducting sales, and supervising colleagues to develop, establish, improve client base, and maintain related client relationship.
3.Prepare customized plans and business documentation according to client demands.
4.Oversee every business aspect of the team's sales; complete the sales contract in accordance with the company's sales management system and procedure.
5.Review sales reports, ensure contracts are carried out on time, push for contract receivables' recovery, oversee client service and other related matters, and work closely with the internal procurement team.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3- 5 years of sales experience, great rational thinking skills, and familiar with basic business competencies.
2.Have sales experience with gifts and derivative products, and familiar with terminologies in the gift industry.
3.Candidates with client resources will receive priority.
4.Candidates with good personalities and personal image who are calm and intelligent will receive priority.
5.Candidates with knowledge of gift service within the Internet and Tech industries will receive priority.
6.Demonstrate the ability to establish proposals and express the rationale behind them.
7.Proficient in English or Chinese.
