Job Responsibilities:
Accurately position the target market, analyze market segmentation and the characteristics of target customers, and clarify the product's target audience. Develop the product's value proposition and differentiation strategy based on market analysis. Formulate detailed marketing plans that cover objectives, strategies, budgets, and timelines. Provide internal teams with training on product knowledge and sales techniques to facilitate product sales. Organize and execute promotional activities such as product launches, seminars, webinars, etc. Gather customer feedback, gain insights into their needs and preferences, and provide a basis for product improvements. Provide the sales team with support in the form of market intelligence, customer cases, and competitive analysis. Analyze market and sales data, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, and adjust strategies according to the analysis results. Participate in the formulation of product pricing to ensure that product prices are competitive in the market. Communicate with departments such as product management, R&D, and customer service to synchronize marketing with product development. Collect and analyze user requirements and collaborate with the product management team to transform these requirements into product features or improvement points.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in the upholstered furniture field. Proficient in English, with Russian or Kazakh as the native language. Have an in-depth knowledge of product life cycle management, portfolio management, and new product introduction.
