-Technical lead for manufacturing preparations, review and monitor the project's technical requirements and assets based on existing capability in NPI Phase
- Drive DFM and PFMEA review to retigate critical requirements and provide appropriate process controls.
- Drive 5M1E preparation with cross functional teams and highlight any risk to EPM and project owners for appropriate mitigation plan.
- Own Project Yield bridge, lead critical issue yield improvement actions, drive process FACA and MIL closure with cross-functional teams.
- Drive fan-out of lessons learned from previous project that is applicable to the latest project.
- Main contact window with internal/external DFM/TPM/EE/PD...
- Compiling documents/reports according to DFM request in NPI and PRQ phase, lead DFM meetings.
- Prepare for DFM customers’ visit and audit, follow up on MIL till closure
- Lead project's post-mortem, lesson learnt activities for next project preparation
