职责:

1、完善人力资源体系,包括招聘配制、人才培训与开发、绩效管理、薪酬与福利、员工管理各大模块,完善相关制度和流程;

2、实施公司年度人力资源工作,建立规范化的招聘体系,在人才标准和岗位胜任力模型基础上组织开展实施各类人员的招募工作,建设人才梯队,完成公司中长期发展所需的人才储备和开发;

3、负责公司培训工作的开展,跟踪评估各类人才的使用情况,更新和维护人才储备库;

4、制定并完善薪酬制度与福利政策落实;

5、制定完善公司的各种规章制度,营造良好的企业文化气氛;

6、负责人员发展体系的建立,为员工提供良好的职业发展空间。

任职要求:

1、人力资源、管理或相关专业,大专以上学历;

2、4年及以上HR工作经验,2年招聘管理岗位经验,快消品制造业背景优先考虑;

3、接受过较为系统的专业训练,掌握多种面试方法及熟悉测评工具;

4、具备高度的责任感和专业精神,有良好的职业操守与抗压性;

5、适应创业文化,能承受工作压力,追求自我突破。

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and enhance the HR system, covering recruitment and staffing, talent training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee management. Optimize relevant policies and processes.

2.Implement the company’s annual HR plan by establishing a standardized recruitment system. Organize recruitment efforts based on talent standards and competency models, build a talent pipeline, and ensure talent development to meet the company’s long-term growth.

3.Manage and monitor employee training programs, assess the performance and utilization of talent, and maintain and update the talent pool.

4.Develop and improve compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitive packages are implemented effectively.

5.Formulate and enhance company regulations to foster a positive corporate culture and improve employee engagement.

6.Establish a career development system to provide employees with growth opportunities and career advancement.

Qualifications:

1.Educational background: Diploma or above in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.

2.Work experience: At least 4 years of HR experience, with 2 years in recruitment management. Candidates with FMCG or manufacturing industry experience are preferred.

3.Professional skills: Systematic training in HR practices, familiarity with various interview methods, and experience with assessment tools.

4.Personal attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, high professional ethics, and ability to work under pressure.

5.Cultural fit: Able to adapt to an entrepreneurial environment, handle work stress, and pursue personal growth and breakthroughs.

Thai Nationality speaks fluent Chinese.
