Main Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives for the U.S. market.
- Set sales targets and forecasts to drive revenue growth.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and manage a high-performance sales team to achieve and surpass sales quotas.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel to enhance their skills and performance.
3. Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the furniture soft goods industry.
- Analyze competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to foster loyalty and increase sales.
- Manage and negotiate high-value contracts and deals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with sales analytics tools.
- Must be a U.S. citizen to meet the requirements for working in the United States.
