岗位职责：1、凭借先进的技术，拦截产品研发阶段的设计问题，并为产品开发提供标准，打造一流的质量竞争力。2、担任项目测试工程师，具备精密机械产品技术能力和项目管理能力；深度掌握并优化测试能力，能通过测试需求分析、测试平台能力建设持续提升产品测试效能；3、担任技术测试工程师，能独立完成领域内重难点特性技术攻关；4、主导年度测试战略及经营规划，担任业务和技术规划主力，主导重难点测试装备的开发建设；5、洞察业界测试发展趋势，掌握当前先进的测试技术，引入适合本业务测试技术、方法、工具、流程等。岗位要求：1、全日制本科及以上学历，机械工程等相关专业，具备大型企业从事丝杠、导轨等结构设计、测试、机械可靠性等相关工作经验6年以上；2、机械设备行业背景，有丝杠、导轨、电缸、轴承疲劳可靠性相关经验者优先考虑；3、熟悉机械可靠性理论，机械可靠性设计及验证常用方法、工具及相关应用；4、熟练掌握三维设计软件Creo/Solidworks、疲劳仿真软件ANSYS nCode等软件；5、工作主动积极，责任心强，具备很强的动手能力，良好的沟通表达协调能力，团队合作精神和自我驱动能力。

岗位职责：Leveraging advanced technology, intercept design issues during product development stages and provide standards for product development, thereby building top-notch quality competitiveness.Serve as a project test engineer with technical expertise in precision mechanical products and project management capabilities; deeply understand and optimize testing capabilities to continuously enhance product testing efficiency through test demand analysis and building test platform capabilities.Serve as a technical test engineer, capable of independently tackling difficult and key technical challenges within the field.Lead the annual testing strategy and business planning, serving as the main force for business and technical planning, and overseeing the development and construction of difficult and key testing equipment.Have insight into industry testing trends, master current advanced testing technologies, and introduce suitable testing technologies, methods, tools, and processes for the business.岗位要求：Full-time bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, with over 6 years of relevant experience in structural design, testing, and mechanical reliability of screw shafts, guides, etc., in large-scale enterprises.Background in the mechanical equipment industry; candidates with experience in fatigue reliability of screw shafts, guides, electric cylinders, and bearings are preferred.Familiar with mechanical reliability theory, common methods, tools, and applications for mechanical reliability design and verification.Proficient in 3D design software such as Creo/Solidworks and fatigue simulation software such as ANSYS nCode.Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, excellent hands-on ability, good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and self-driven motivation.
