岗位职责：1、负责滚珠导轨、滚柱导轨及相关产品的方案结构设计，实现低成本、高可靠、可制造性高的导轨结构方案。输出结构模型和图纸；2、负责项目中导轨的循环路径和结构方案的设计，沟形标准定义，零配件选型和技术要求的制定；3、负责对现有产品进行改进优化，提升产品竞争力；4、具备较强的问题分析能力，负责产品的制造、测试、市场质量问题分析解决。岗位要求：1、本科及以上学历，机械工程等相关的机械大类专业；2、5-10年机械结构设计（直线导轨产品类）工作经验，熟悉产品的加工工艺和装配流程；3、具备良好的机械结构设计空间想象能力，思路清晰，理解力强；4、有机械设计、机械原理、金属材料学、机械加工工艺等专业基础；5、熟练使用一种以上三维建模软件及二维绘图软件，具备一定的仿真能力更佳。

Job Responsibilities:Be responsible for the conceptual and structural design of ball guides, roller guides, and related products, aiming to achieve low-cost, high-reliability, and high-manufacturability guide structures. Output structural models and drawings.Handle the design of the guide's circulation path and structural solutions within projects, define groove standards, and formulate component selection and technical requirements.Be responsible for improving and optimizing existing products to enhance their competitiveness.Possess strong problem-analysis skills and be responsible for analyzing and solving manufacturing, testing, and market quality issues of the products.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related majors within the mechanical discipline.Have 5-10 years of experience in mechanical structural design (specifically in linear guide products), and be familiar with product processing techniques and assembly processes.Possess excellent spatial imagination skills for mechanical structural design, with clear thinking and strong comprehension abilities.Have a solid foundation in mechanical design, mechanical principles, metallurgy, mechanical processing techniques, and related fields.Be proficient in using more than one 3D modeling software and 2D drawing software. Having simulation capabilities is an added advantage.
