Your areas of expertise
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Ph.D. is preferred.
10+ years of experience in SAW/TC-SAW filter design and development or in production processes.
Experience in high-performance SAW technology innovation.
Experience in filter performance optimization methods, having unique insights in high Q-value, low TCF, and high-power handling features.
Experience in the development of multiplexer modules.
Familiar with high-performance SAW filter materials and production processes.
Familiar with the technical innovation in the industry on high-performance SAW filters. Familiar with SAW filter raw material suppliers and processing equipment manufacturers.
Knowledge of electronic circuit theory and design; linear and non-linear circuit simulations (ADS etc.), optimization, measurements; and electromagnetic evaluation (CST). Programming skills, such as MATLAB.
Familiar with the development of acoustic filter simulation tools based on FEM, COM or BVD models.
Good at teamwork, international team coordination, and good cooperation skills. Available for business travel on request.
