工作职责:

7、紧跟行业趋势,了解影响战略客户的开发计划。
8、建立并维护与关键客户决策者的联系,以便有效地向管理层提供相关信息。

任职资格:

Job description:
1. Generate new design wins and sales orders within the account in the international market, including EMEA, APAC and Americas.
2. Achieve objectives for profitable revenue growth and design ins, and other objectives as determined by executive management.
3. Formulate and execute a sales plan and strategy that achieves broad penetration at the strategic account in alignment with marketing roadmaps, especially in industrial control and consumer electronics. Coordinate the internal technical team resources to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
4. Work closely with the Product Lines to identify and assess new opportunities for existing products as well as opportunities for new product development.
5. Provides CRM support for opportunity tracking. Optimize customer process management, including information collection, customer inquiry, order signing, customer tracking, payment recovery, etc., and track the after-sales service of products.
6. Work with Product Lines for customer program bids and price negotiations.
7. Stay abreast of industry news to be aware of trends that affect the strategic account。
8. Establish and maintain personal contact with key customer decision makers to provide effective information flow to and from executive management.
9. Manage the timely communication of business level activity forecasting and reporting as required in the normal course of business or as directed by management.

Qualifications:
1. Engineering background with strong power knowledge.
2. BS engineering or related experience; a minimum of 5 years in semiconductor sales.
3. Exemplary Business development & Sales experience. Excellent sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to explain technical products.
4. Able to drive the development and execution of strategic account sales plans.
5. Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Knowledge and experience with strategic account management.

9. Experience with supply management and distribution model is a plus.
