Responsibilities:
1．Design & build industry leading recommendation system, promote & verify the performance of recommendation algorithms.
2． Develop state-of-the-art machine learning models to solve problems
3． Understand product objectives and machine learning techniques, improve model and recommendation strategy
4． Understand user behavior and apply Machine Learning algorithms to optimize product experience and business value.
Required Skills:
1.Master's or doctorate degree in computer science, mathematics or related field.
2.Skilled in python C/C++ or other languages
3.Master commonly used recommendation algorithms and machine learning algorithms, have the experience of recommending, advertising, or search algorithm.
4.Excellent communication skills and teamwork skills.
