【Job Responsibilities】
Under the guidance of the market manager, formulate sales forecasts and sales plans for the market area, supporting BU managers in achieving sales targets.
Responsible for collecting regional market information, mastering regional market dynamics, characteristics, and trends, and proposing corresponding sales suggestions and plans based on market and customer characteristics.
Responsible for developing new customers and expanding new channels. Assist in the analysis of quotations for new businesses, suggestions for business models, preparation for bids, drafting contracts or finalizing contract terms with lawyers, as well as receiving visiting customers and coordinating daily administrative affairs.
Follow the company's financial policies, contract terms, and export credit insurance regulations.
Customer relationship management and maintenance, help customers solve difficulties, track customer complaint resolutions, assist the company in providing after-sales service, and enhance customer satisfaction.
【Key Requirements】
Driving the growth of new business opportunities across the energy sector.
New business negotiation and updating changes to the current and new contract documentation.
Acting as the key focal point for all commercial issues with new and current customers.
Achieving successful outcomes to commercial matters whilst engaging in a constructive and collaborative manner with the client.
Reviewing of contract terms and conditions for any new and current business opportunities and contract variations identifying any key commercial risks and preparing legal summary as part of tender sign-off process.
Ensuring adherence to contract obligations.
【Qualifications】
Bachelor's degree or above.
Work experience: Over 5 years of experience in international trade and marketing.
Language skills: Proficient in English.
