Job Duties：1. Responsible for organizing daily quality meetings, following up on quality improvement projects and rectification tracking;2. Responsible for organizing and carrying out process quality improvement work;3. Leading the implementation of Six Sigma projects and QCC quality improvement projects;4. Responsible for the analysis of quality data of each process and providing guidance for quality improvement;5. Responsible for the inspection of raw materials, semifinished products and finished products in the process;6. Responsible for the daily management of the laboratory;7. Responsible for factory inspection, customer complaints, and product first batch confirmation;8. Other work arranged by the leader.Candidates Requirements：1. In principle, Graduation from university or vocational college or above.2. No criminal record. Requires passing background check.3. No history of drug abuse. Required to pass inspection.
