job duties1. Responsible for the process debugging of each production process of optical cable products2. Responsible for the preparation and implementation of process documents, such as technical requirements, process cards, process control requirements, production operating specifications, etc.3. Responsible for onsite process discipline management, conduct daily process quality inspection and feedback, and eliminate hidden dangers of accidents.4. Responsible for handling product quality accidents or hidden dangers in each process, reporting problems in a timely manner and taking corrective measures.5. Responsible for tracking key orders and sample orders.6. Responsible for the daily management of the mold room, such as mold warehousing, mold inspection and scrapping, mold purchase applications, etc., and participate in mold design.7. Participate in departmental technological innovation, process improvement, efficiency improvement, cost reduction, quality improvement, raw material development, introduction and debugging.8. Participate in the promotion of departmental R&D projects, and be responsible for project product development and debugging, project data compilation, etc.job requirements:1. In principle, Graduation from university or vocational college or above.2. No criminal record. Requires passing background check.3. No history of drug abuse. Required to pass inspection.4. Have experience in optical cable production.Have working experience in other optical cable factories
