工作职责：

1、协助质量总监建立质量管理体系，并将质量管理体系落实到工厂；

2、组织建立健全质量管理体系；

3、组织管理、人才梯队建设；

4、与客户对接，确保大件商品的交付，提高质量满意度。

工作要求：

1、大专以上学历，3年以上质量管理工作经验，有海外工作经验者优先；

2、具备质量专业知识和现场管理能力；

3、具有团队管理能力，协调和风险预测能力强；

4、具有出色的沟通协调能力和客户对接能力；

5、英语可以作为工作语言。
