Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sales, business development and relationship management for Germany Operator partner.
2. Develop and implement promotional plans to deliver against sales KPI’s (revenue & volume).
3. Obtain trust and foster deep relationships with key decision makers to increase brand consideration.
4. Manage day-to-day customer engagement, resolve challenges and ensure business continuity.
5. Regularly report on sales progress and account development including key actions to drive sales.
6. Acquire a systematic understanding of partners ongoing requirements to drive ‘win-wins.
7. Ensure stock control, accurate sales forecasting & align intake plans.
8. Plan, track and control account investment and budgets.
9. Support the planning and direction of all account marketing initiatives.
10. Become the expert for HONOR’s products, services and propositions and effectively communicate to partners / key customers.
11. Coordinate quarterly product ranging process and commercial negotiations.
12. Create detailed account plans; sales forecasting, account activities, competitor monitoring, achievement vs. targets, account dynamics.
13. Own cross-functional relationships; sales, commercial, supply chain, marketing, GTM and portfolio (internal/external).
Requirement:
• 5+ years’ work experience in Telecoms, Consumer Electronics or FMCG industries.
• Results driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• CRM experience, with a track record in building strong relationships.
• Ability to see the broader picture, identify, own, and resolve challenges.
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word and PPT skills is a must)
Strong preference for candidates with experience in developing/executing key accounts within Telecoms or Consumer Electronics sector and with industry knowledge.
