工作职责：1. 负责机器人运动控制算法开发，改善机器人运动效率、精度、震动（主导其中一个方向即可）2. 负责探索机器人运动控制算法新方向，包括但不限于运动控制与AI、MPC、现代控制理论的潜在技术融合创新；3. 熟悉机器人核心零部件特性，能提出对减速机、电机、伺服、控制器硬件等方面的优化建议；4. 参与并指导创新架构的原理样机试制，核心算法编写与仿真，关键性能样机测试等工作；岗位要求：1. 具备本科及以上学历，专业为机械工程、自动化、计算机等相关专业，十年以上机器人相关行业从业经历；2.理解从整机性能与核心零部件特性间的关系；尤其对机器人振动降低，精度提升有成功项目经验。3. 精通机器人运动控制算法、力控制算法、柔性动力学，熟悉各类控制理论。5. 具备知名工业机器人企业工作经历优先；6. 愿意接受国内和海外出差。目标公司：ABB

Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the development of robot motion control algorithms, focusing on improving the robot's motion efficiency, accuracy, and reducing vibrations (can lead one of these directions).

Explore new directions in robot motion control algorithms, including but not limited to potential technological integration and innovation with AI, MPC (Model Predictive Control), and modern control theory.

Have a deep understanding of the characteristics of robot core components and be able to propose optimization suggestions for reduction gears, motors, servo systems, controller hardware, etc.

Participate in and guide the prototyping of innovative architectures, be responsible for the writing and simulation of core algorithms, and the testing of key performance prototypes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, automation, computer science, or related fields, with at least ten years of experience in the robot-related industry.

Understand the relationship between the overall performance of the robot and the characteristics of its core components, especially having successful project experience in reducing robot vibrations and improving accuracy.

Proficient in robot motion control algorithms, force control algorithms, flexible dynamics, and familiar with various control theories.

Previous work experience in well-known industrial robot companies is preferred.

Willing to accept domestic and overseas business trips, with good communication skills and a spirit of team collaboration.
