工作内容: 1、参与公司海外销售战略与计划的制定，负责组织完成公司海外销售目标；2、开展海外市场调研和分析，及时反馈市场反应和客户需求，为公司制定销售策略提供数据依据；3、负责海外市场业务的开拓与管理，开发海外新客户与新项目，实现公司海外销售业绩目标；4、维护重点客户和合作伙伴关系，保证有效沟通，保持长期稳定关系；5、负责处理海外客户需求，积极应对并提供解决方案，协调内外部资源，提高客户服务满意度；任职要求： 1、首选欧洲当地外籍人才，口语能力优秀，可直接对接欧洲客户；2、熟悉功率半导体行业，掌握一定的客户资源和合作渠道； 3、至少5年以上相关销售经验，有过独立开拓海外客户的成功案例 ； 4、具备较强的海外市场分析、销售推广能力，良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力；5、富有事业心、责任心与开拓精神，良好的团队精神，能独立处理工作中的复杂问题.
